BWD is a digital production house based in the heart of Dubai. With a massive competition in the Middle-East, and a client list mainly consisting of Boutiques and Global Brands, they needed an identity refresh to separate themselves from the industry and also show more of who they are, as oppose to what they do.
The solution evolved in the logo reflecting more on the simpler digital characteristics in order for consumers and clients know what they do – in this case, pixels. The miniature sizing, and dispersion of the pixels are suppose to create movement into the letterform ‘B’, reflecting on experiences rather than just digital. Finally, it was complimented with a solid clean and clear typeface with the colours still maintained from its previous design so that not all characteristics were entirely lost. Many other branding materials were also redesigned in the process such as business cards, presentation docs, and powerpoint templates ready to pitch for new work and clients.
