Pay at your pace.

Currys’ FlexPay offering is a key driver of success for both the business and its customers - where customers are able to purchase a product and pay it off that suits them. I was briefed by the Brand and Credit teams to create a visually engaging proposition that feels friendly, welcoming, clearly communicating flexible payment benefits like speed, flex and time. We created assets that portray juxtaposing visuals with subtle humour to make the proposition instantly relatable, memorable, and easy to understand. Currently, these messages are delivered solely through copy in creative comms, but the objective was to create an year-round brand presence.

The goal is to build customer confidence—encouraging more purchases by highlighting flexible, in-control payment options. As a long-term strategy, this would also establish a consistent, year-round brand presence with a distinctive look and feel.
